I reached out to this person on 8/18 because I thought she would be a good match for our light, ongoing housekeeping job. She responded the same day, but did not read the attached job. I re-described the job. She responded the next day and we agreed upon days of the weeks and times. I set up communication for us to discuss her expectations regarding hours, pay, and tasks and she never responded again. It has been over a week. I ended up hiring someone else and closing the job.
