About Hayden

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, understanding, and kind. I like working with kids because I grew up in a large family helping my younger siblings. This grew my passion to pursue a career in pediatric nursing. Kids are so full of joy and wonder, and helping them will be so fulfilling. I'm looking for a job that gives me an opportunity to grow and learn, and become a better worker and person. I started working with kids when I was about 12 years old, I completed my CPR certification, and began watching my younger siblings. Then started watching family friends kids. In my spare time, I like to spend time with family, go outdoors, and bake. One thing you should know about me is I am a very reliable person, and I have learned how to be patient with kids during difficult times. My skills include troubleshooting, patience, and communication.
