About Heather

Hi Parents, I've been a professional, in-home nanny for 4 years. I've worked with several families during that time, but the majority has been with my current employer over the past 3. 5 years. Their family includes a 4-year-old and an almost 2-year-old, but they will be starting school this fall. I have experience with infant and toddler care, as well as kids into their teens. I'm passionate about encouraging a love for learning by reading, being creative, and making sure to get plenty of physical activity- from having dance parties to running around at parks or play groups. I know the importance of keeping a routine and having structured days, while being flexible and adaptable when things come up. I'm currently looking for a full time position in Baltimore City. I love pets, and can help with house keeping and meal prep too!
