About Heather

My caregiving journey started when I was a child. I watched my babysitter care for her paralyzed husband and I believe that was when I knew what my calling would be. I began caring for my elder family members when I was in high school, and continued taking care of my grandparents until they passed. At that point, I had become a CNA in a nursing home and was doing the hardest job of my life~ but loving every minute of it. I have continued to use the skills I learned in the facility into my private caregiving career. I have also worked as a supervisor for a well known reputable in home caregiving agency. That experience confirmed for me that being a private caregiver was the only way to go! I have experience with almost every type of client from dementia, strokes, cerebral palsy, paralysis, injuries and surgical recovery. What I provide is priceless. I look forward to being part of the team who keeps your loved one comfortable, respected, and loved.
