About Heather

Hello! My name is Heather, and I recently graduated with my nursing degree and have spent the past year and a half working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Lurie Children's Hospital. Starting in October, I will be working as a new graduate nurse in the Pediatric Surgery/Transplant Unit at Lurie's, where I will continue to provide specialized and attentive care to young children. I have been babysitting on and off since high school and throughout college, gaining extensive experience in caring for children of all ages, including those with special needs. My professional and personal experiences have given me the ability to connect exceptionally well with children, ensuring they feel comfortable, safe, and happy under my care. I am looking to babysit 2-3 days a week. I will continue working at Lurie's through the fall, but I can adjust my schedule for the days you need if you let me know in advance!
