About Helen

Hello- My name is Helen I am a mother of 4 and an experienced nanny and senior care provider. I have over 15 years of experience caring for the elderly and disabled. My skills include management of care for seniors in residential counseling centers, group homes, nursing homes, and private residences. My job duties have included working as a medical technician, where I supported my clients in providing them their medication, managed their diabetes, and helped with their catheters. Other job duties have included cooking, bathing, cleaning, attending doctors visits, and being a companion. I am CPR and First Aid Certified. My caregiver philosophy is to provide individualized attention to my clients and to follow the individual and families vision for the care for themselves and/or their loved ones. I am calm in the presence of chaos and emergencies, I am loving and compassionate, and have a strong Christian faith. I will treat you/your loved ones like one of my own family members.
