I am a senior at Trinity University majoring in Urban Studies and Spanish. I have always loved working with kids and have over 6 years of childcare and nannying experience. I have also spent two summers working as a special education Paraeducator in Oregon. I have some college education in early childhood development, and I'm certified in First Aid. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love playing games, being outdoors, and engaging in hands-on activities with children. I believe in open communication with parents and will provide regular updates on your child's day. I'm happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks. I am also fluent in English and have advanced Spanish skills (but I am not a native speaker). I look forward to meeting your family and getting to know your children!

Helen took care of my kids for several years during summer school breaks. She was very reliable, kind caring and fun. She is a good communicator and was mindful of my parenting style and made decisions on activities and food with that in mind. My kids had fun and ate well and I returned home to a house that looked like it did when I left. We were very lucky to have had Helen when the kids were little and needing safety and entertainment.
