About Holly

I am a Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager. My primary focus has been with the geriatric population however I also have clinical experience with all ages of the adult population. I have lived in the Charlotte area as a nurse since the 1980s. My clinical background includes case management, palliative nursing, senior living, rehabilitation, home care, acute care and private duty nursing. As a case manager and nurse liaison, I have worked with individuals to assess their needs and facilitate the best possible level of care. I have also worked with families offering emotional and educational support. I am a very active and social person with diverse interests and love to provide companionship and support to many.
