About Iliana

I'd describe my personality as energetic, kind hearted, bubbly. I like working with kids because I've been surrounded by them my whole life. I come from a huge family meaning I have siblings and cousins ranging from toddlers to young adults. I fall into the middle and have been asked to watch my younger siblings and cousins. I always have a blast with them. It makes me feel young. Not only do I hope to inspire and become a great role model for them, but to hope I learn from them as well. I'm looking for a job that is willing to work around my school schedule as I am a full time student. I started working with kids since as long as I can remember. In my spare time, I like to stay active and be outdoors. I love to go to them gym. Somewhere in the fix I like to make time for my family. Family is super important to me. One thing you should know about me is I am very reliable and trustworthy. My skills include empathy, active listening, and have great communication skills.
