About Irlanda

Hello, I have been working with kids for 8 years now. I began at 15 as a tutor and I am now 24 working as a paraeducator for special ed in the Silicon Valley. I enjoy working with kids because I find toddler development fascinating and love researching new ways to teach them and encourage their learning. Through my journey I soon disvovered how fast kids learn and start understanding the things around them, I knew I could handle educating from the start. It was just naturally in me and I followed this gift into the job I have now. I love being part of the community that sees the milestones they complete and knowing that I have done my part in caring and being a teacher to them. I'd describe my personality as fun, caring and responsible. I like to hike with my dogs and create through arts and crafts on my free time. I do work full time at a school but will be going on spring break (4/7-4/14) and summer break (june to august) so will be available full time then (:
