About Isabel

Caring for children comes naturally to women like myself who love to nurture others. When I was young, my mother had an in-home daycare service, where I would help prepare the meals, clean up, and put the little ones down for naps. As I grew up, I started working in the food service industry and stopped babysitting family members and friends. I was making more money, but I missed the connections I made with the kids. I recently started babysitting for my old English teacher's children, ages 6 and 9, and fell in love with childcare all over again. I watch these kids from day to night, and find creative ways to keep them entertained for so long (recently, we started making our own movies!). Though I do not plan on pursing childcare as a career, I always plan on taking care of others and hope to someday be a mother of my own.
