Ella was wonderful with our 18 month old son, and we would’ve loved to have her as our long term nanny if our work called for it! She followed directions perfectly and with ease it seemed. She went above and beyond in keeping our boy happy, entertained and loved while we were away at work. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for childcare and truly any family that gets her will be so lucky! She was great to us.
