We had Izzie primarily for our twin daughters, who were only 3 months at the start of her time with us. We were blessed to have her work with our family for over a year before we moved. The girls adored her - cracking the biggest smiles each day when she'd come over. She has a quiet countenance and loving personality that aided in the girls' comfort with her day in and day out. She helped them develop so much in that first year, and even would watch our son, 3 at the time, for weekly date nights. She was incredible flexible with her schedule if we needed to move days or hours around. You would be thrilled to have Izzie in your home nurturing your kids :)
