Every step of the way, Ivanna was direct, personable, and a true professional. She was incredibly knowledgeable about her approach to childcare and knew what she was talking about. She answered all of our questions, made the time to meet with us, and really was genuine. Our child was glued to her laid-back and relaxed approach, as did we feel comfortable when all together. We both felt confident in our decision to have her in our home and felt great being able to get work done, knowing our son was being taken care of by someone who practiced what they preached. Unfortunately, our schedule changed, so we could not permanently move forward with her as we wanted, but we hope to have her as a babysitter when needed. She was really great. If I had any friends looking, I'd pass on her information fast. They'd be lucky to have her!
