I began caring for seniors about 3 years ago. After I received my CNA certification I began working for an agency; in which I was able to gain experience through visits to many facilities. Including longterm care, skilled, and assisted living facilities as well as rehab. I am currently pursuing a degree in nursing and am CPR/BLS certified. I have also been trained on dementia units. During my free time I like to read and crochet. I often volunteer in soup kitchens and ems services. Some of my skills though not limited to are aiding with activities of daily living, time management, vital signs, organization, hygiene care and light housework.
