My main goal is to prioritize the development of any child in my care, to make sure all their needs are being met in the best way possible. Not only is the relationship with the little one important to me but also having a good relationship with the parents. We're all wanting the best interest for the little one so in order for that to work, we all have to be a team. Communication is key, especially when a little one is the main reason for it. Jackie is wonderful! She has been our nanny for over two years, since our two-year-old was five months old.
