About Jacqueline

Passionate child care professional with experience in a variety of settings. I have worked in a special education classroom, a day care, a K-8 school, and have nannied throughout my young adult life. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University where I learned about the different stages of child development. Working with children who have ASD gave me a unique set of tools including: emotional/behavioral management, de-escalation strategies, and non-verbal communication techniques. During my time at the day care I was trained extensively on infant sleep procedures. Additionally, I was educated on how to create and implement appropriate developmental activities for children of all ages. I am looking for a long-term, full-time position to start this spring or summer. When I am not working, you can find me taking spin or Pilates classes, painting, or watching movies with my partner Justin, our cat, and bird! Looking forward to connecting soon!
