Hello, My name is Jade. I was a preschool teacher for 9 years, and a preschool director and provider for 2. 5 years. I am a step 10 on the Oregon Registry. I have the required safety set (CPR, food handlers, safe sleep, prevention is better than treatment, etc). I graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelors of Science majoring in Child, Youth, and Family Studies, and with a certificate in Early Childhood Education. I love working with children, and their families. I have recently stepped down from my teaching/ director position. In June of 2023 I started grad school part time, and I have been working in a nanny share with children 14 months- 22 months since March of 2023. The children recently started preschool, and I am now looking for work. Through my teaching career I have done nannying on the side for children 6 months through 8 years old.
