We feel incredibly fortunate to have found a nanny who not only cared for our son but became a cherished member of our family. From the moment she stepped into our home, the baby took to her, and this was the first time that happened. Kasey created an environment filled with love, patience, and understanding. She connected with our child on a deep emotional level, and indeed he slept better with her than alone or even with us! She also went above and beyond to plan engaging and educational activities, fostering his creativity and curiosity; she gets a good deal of credit for imaginative play, learning letters and numbers, etc. Also, Kasey communicates frequently and well. She called and messaged about our son's day, sharing anecdotes, milestones, and even the occasional picture. This open line of communication not only provided us with peace of mind, but it also allowed us to actively participate. Beyond the practical aspects of childcare, Kasey has an unusual level of emotional intelligence. She intuitively understood our son’s moods and needs from unspoken cues. He felt *very* safe around her and started, for example, to use the toilet when she was around. She connects with children on an emotional level, allowing her to then guide their intellectual growth – the bond comes first.
