Janet has been a nanny for both our son and daughter for the last 3 years and we truly could not have found a better caregiver for our children during these formative years. She started watching our daughter at 4 months old and easily maintained her nap routines and feeding schedules, giving us such peace of mind. But what's most special about Janet is her enthusiasm for creating stimulating experiences for our kids. She would come up with a theme for the day and read relevant books, provide age-appropriate crafts, and even bring her own toys and activities. She’s also a talented singer and provided music each day. What’s more, she took courses during her down time to study children’s development so that she could help them reach age-appropriate milestones. She truly goes above and beyond as a caregiver. Our kids also thrived in the structure she provided each day, knowing when they would make a craft, eat, have outdoor playtime and nap. I believe our children will transition to school more easily because of it. Janet is also great about going outside each day, something our family valued and truly appreciated her efforts even during wintertime. I wholeheartedly recommend Janet L. She helped my children learn to communicate, practice sharing with peers and grow their imaginative play skills. And most importantly, she helped them be kinder humans.
