Hi all! I am an Austin Native and have been working with children since 2015. I am very big on social and emotional skills when it comes down to working with toddler ages and up, gentle parenting, and using Conscious Discipline. I am very comfortable getting down to a child's level to make them feel more seen and heard. I believe children should be allowed to express the emotions they are feeling and reassure them that it's okay for them to feel that way and to never dismissing their feelings. I have worked in a preschool, after school programs for elementary schools, SAFE Austin trauma informed child development center, Early childhood Special Education Aide for DVISD, and have been a nanny for 4 years now. Would love to find a family that makes me feel like part of their family and not just seen as an employee.
