About Janice

I am a single mother of 2 boys, 19 & 21, I have much experience in caring for the both of them as I was a stay-at-home mom for the first 10-12 years of their lives. Also, as a young teenager my mother gave birth to my youngest brother whom I cared for while my mother went back to work. I was 12-13 at that time. I have volunteered at the local elementary school for many years where my boys attended, and I taught reading to children for the Readers are Leaders Program. I served on the PTA board for several years and was involved with the RIF program at the elementary school. I have also cared for many friends and family's children through the years. I enjoy reading to and teaching children to read, along with arts & crafts and spending time outdoors with children. I love kids. I am dependable and punctual, caring, compassionate and trustworthy.
