Hi there! My name is Jayla, I just graduated from CSU with a Bachelors degree in Neuroscience and I am taking a year off to save up money for Physician Assistant school. I previously worked at a preschool and jumped around between rooms from the infants all the way to the 6-year-olds. I have volunteered at church in the kids classrooms as well for many years. I also previously worked at Columbine Health in one of their skilled nursing facilities as a CNA and I currently work part time at Poudre Valley Hospital as a Patient Care Technician. I have CPR and BLS certifications as well as CPI training. I like working with kids because they have such a different perspective on life than we do. Getting to experience the world around you like a child does is such a special experience. Kids are so smart and exciting and it has been one of my greatest joys in life working with them!
