About Jayla

Hello, my name is Jayla and I am a Postpartum Doula and experienced caregiver who has worked with the special needs population for a number of years. I have over 2 years of professional experience working with newborns through age 18 in various different settings. I have a varied background and can help with bathing, grooming, hygiene and household management. I am comfortable working with able-bodied, active children and adults as well doing day trips, pool days, game day/night etc. Most of my experience is with children with developmental disabilities, especially in the age range of 2-5 years old. As a postpartum doula and mother to a baby myself, I am also passionate about supporting families during such a special time in their lives. Whether it's taking care of baby so you can nap, get out of the house etc. or helping out with cooking, shopping and household chores, I'm here.
