Hi, I'm Jazmine! I am a full time college student majoring in psychology at Grand Rapids Community College. Besides my passion for psychology I love working with children! I have experience working with all ages, but I especially love working with infants! I love that I have the opportunity to be a part of their growth and provide them with a safe and nurturing environment for them to flourish. l have four years of professional childcare experience, this includes working in daycare facilities as an infant teacher, as well as private nannying for families. I understand how nerve wracking it can be to find safe and reliable childcare for your child but you can trust that I will always have you and your child's best interest at heart!

Jazmine is great with kids but her punctuality, professionalism, and abilities to follow directions are not the strongest. She was often not on time as agreed. She did begin to clean it up a bit, but it was almost a month after she was hired before she started to look sharper on the arrivals. Not to put complete blame on her; our schedules were a little shiftier than usual due to some transitions we are making as a family which caused us to drop the ball a couple times on the communication pieces; which we apologized for those times and even paid her once for a full shift she didn't even work and offered to pay for her travel back home via Uber to hold ourselves accountable for mixing communication. Yet, this did not affect her abilities as stated above and as a caregiver.
