I started teaching swim lessons when I was 16 yrs old. I have been doing it for 3 years now. I am currently in school for child development, and adore working with children. I began teaching at Kirby Creek Natatorium, but have been doing private lessons for 2 summers now. I have taught infants, toddlers, teenagers, adults, as well as special needs students. I am currently CPR and First Aid Certified. I'm an overall goofy person , but also like to see accomplishments. I am strict in the pool, but will also allow games and fun if I am seeing improvement and good water behavior. Teaching children how to enjoy rather than fear the water is something that I truly love.
