I am a CHHA that has been doing this for over 10 years. I provide lots of care to the elder, administer prescribed oral medications, under the written direction of physician or as directed by home care nurse or family to ensure patients take their medication. Provide patients with help moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, and with dressing and grooming. Care for patients by changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or assisting with their personal care. Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or family and what ever else is needed from me. I am very patient, compassionate, loving, and very down to earth. I treat my elders just how I would treat my family. I also have my own transportation and will not have a problem getting to my destination when needed.
