About Jenna

I'd describe my personality as fun-loving, kind, and creative. I like working with kids because it is meaningful work! I am a mom and love spending time with my son. I want to be a positive and meaningful person in each child's life that I work with. I'm looking for a job that allows me to connect with the children I work with! I have taught kindergarten, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, and preschool. I would love to spend time doing crafts, developing their social emotional well being, read books together, challenge them academically, and engage in creative play with them! I started working with kids when I was in college in 2013. I babysat during college and began teaching right after college working with kids. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, draw, and cook meals! One thing you should know about me is I am nonbinary and value open mindedness and free thinking! My skills include developing social emotional skills, creative play, and educational development.
