Jen is a tremendous help with my mom and dad. She is always prompt, takes my mom to her appointments, helps keep the house clean and is very reliable and trustworthy. We have to downsize our time with Jennifer since my parents need more round the clock care and are going into a personal care facility. What has also been so helpful is Jennifer's medical background where she can help manage vitals, is knowledgeable about medications, and when I need help and support if my mom s hospitalized, she is able to be an advocate for her when I can't be there. She would be an asset to any family.
