I am writing to offer my enthusiastic recommendation for Jennifer in her pursuit of a position or role in elder care and special needs care. I have had the pleasure of working closely with Jennifer in her capacity as shared aide for a 92 year-old woman, and my special needs adult son. I am confident that her skills, compassion, and dedication make an outstanding candidate for this role. During our time working with her, Jennifer has consistently demonstrated exceptional qualities that are vital in elder care. Their empathetic nature and genuine concern for the well-being of others are evident in every interaction. She possess a remarkable ability to connect with individuals, showing patience and understanding in all situations. Jennifer has a solid background in education, working with special needs adults, and elder care. She is well-versed in administering medication, assisting with daily activities, or providing companionship. Jennifer was also a 1:1 aide for my 32 year-old son with autism. Working with my son is not an easy task. Jennifer came right in and connected with my son immediately. When returning home from work, my son was calm and usually working at a task such as coloring, math, and or reading. We loved her!
