I retired from nursing and seeking a part time position where I can assist a senior in need of care. Very flexible with days and times. I have no other commitments. Licensed nurse seeking a position where I can offer simple companionship or my skills caring for a senior or hospice patient in their home or nursing facility. Experienced in caring for patients with the following disease processes, dementia, diabetes, COPD, fractures, brain injury, paralysis, cancer, hospice, MS, seizures, cardiac care, respiratory care, depression, special needs etc. I will provide companionship, safety, meals, personal hygiene, activities, exercise as tolerated, medication/s as ordered by physician, vital signs and basic nursing skills. CPR and BLS certified. Available during the week day time, overnights, weekends, holidays and respite care. Adhere to Covid 19 guidelines and vaccinated 2x and boosted. Flu vaccinated as well.
