I am a registered nurse with over 22 years experience, mostly in geriatrics, but more recently in home health pediatrics. I have worked as a staff nurse, charge nurse, and nurse manager in my career. I chose to stay home to raise my children, and now that they are older, I am seeking to care for the elder population again in a less fast-paced environment. I have cared for patients with dementia of all types, stroke, diabetes, heart problems, etc. I am looking for part time work to help with client needs such as hygiene, companionship, meals, etc. I am available during the day. I absolutely love the elderly population as they are full of stories that can teach us so much about life.
