I'd describe my personality as nurturing, a go-getter, and a good communicator. I like working with children because they are adorable and make me laugh. Being around kids feels natural, and I genuinely enjoy their company. Ideally, I am looking for occasional childcare jobs for date nights, temp help during the week and weekend anytime jobs. If care is needed during the week, I may need to bring my kids with me. I have a 4-year-old and 8-year-old. The older child goes to school. I have a regular 1 day a week nanny job now caring for a 1-year-old girl. My skills include patience, keeping kids active/ engaged, being resourceful ( I have a ton of local activities we can do), and nurturing children's needs. I have completed (2) different Montessori teacher training programs. I also work as a substitute for the Spring-Ford School District. I am not shy with kids, so I will speak to them often, even if they are babies! I have a 3 hr minimum. Thanks!

Erica is great and reliable. I have 3 kids between 2-9 and they have loved her from the beginning. They go to the playground together or create crafts. Erica has brought her son along sometimes and my children loved playing with him.
