She was very sweet & seemed eager to take on the challenge of keeping my kiddo busy during the day. She became overwhelmed and defaulted to letting him watch tv or play on his tablet most of the day, while she scrolled on her phone. I don’t think she was quite up to the task of working with a little boy on the spectrum. She was consistently a few minutes late and requested to leave early as well. She quit with only 24 hour notice via text leaving me without childcare at the last minute
