About Jessica

Hi, I'm Jess! I have just graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's in Communications and Psychology. I adore kids. I am one of four, with my youngest sibling being a 6-year-old girl. She keeps me current on what the cool kids are doing these days, and I love her for it. My childhood involved live in nannies & weekend sitters, and now I'm excited to be on the caregiving side! I was a swim instructor in high school. I taught kids aged 6 months-12 years old. In college, I became a facilitator for a pen pal program that connected elementary school students with college kids. I also volunteered at a preschool as a supplementary instructor. I spent my senior year working as an after school nanny for a family with two girls, aged 7 and 9. During this unprecedented summer, I'd like to work for families seeking child care options as summer camps are cancelled.
