Jessica was my son's full time nanny for a year. She was highly motivated and frequently devoted herself to long hours to help with my son while we had to work. As an individual who understands her limitations as a nanny, she never disturbed our privacy. Jessica has many strengths but her main strength is her talent to motivate children to play with a new toy or try new food/texture. She always seemed genuinely interested in children's mental development. Specifically, she is very skilled in: * Supervising and caring for my infants needs * Planning, preparing and serving meals * Bathing, dressing and feeding * Preparing formulas and changing diapers * Performing light housekeeping duties She is very reliable, trustworthy, motivated, and able to make herself tune up with the requirements of family and children. In summary, Jessica possesses all qualities that make a nanny successful.
