About Jessica

I have been taking care of kids of all ages since I was about 10 years old. I am the oldest of five kids, and there is an 10 year age difference between me and my youngest sibling. I have a lot of childcare experience naturally built into my upbringing, as well as babysitting for several families all throughout middle school and high school. When I attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, I was a full-time nanny for 5-year-old twins for two years. I spent morning, noon, and night with the kids, preparing meals and snacks, transporting them to their extracurricular activities, then preparing them for bath time and bedtime. Since moving to Nashville, I have continued to babysit, and I love it! I pride myself on being the kind of caretaker that I would want for my own family members. I use my artistic and creative skills to come up with fun, screen-less activities to occupy our time together.
