About Jessie

I'd describe my personality as artsy, kind, and low-key. I'm a homebody, but I do love taking walks daily! I like working with animals because they provide amazing company and comfort! I usually prefer spending time with animals to people. I grew up with tons of different pets in my household and have experience with all kinds of animals including cats, dogs, fish, rats, hamsters, snakes, and lizards. I'm looking for a job that allows me, (a recent college grad), to have the freedom to pursue artistic endeavors before I decide to start my career. I started working with animals the day I was born! I've never not had at least one dog and one cat in my house! I started pet sitting when I went away to college in Colorado, as a flexible way to make money while I was a student. In my spare time, I like to knit, sew, play guitar, read books, watch movies, and walk by the lake! My skills include caring for anxious/nervous animals, caring for elder animals, and administering medicine.
