About Jessie

I have 5+ years experience as a caregiver for senior citizens. I was previously enrolled in Nursing School and employed at a nursing home for 2 years before a family member got sick. I was a licensed CNA & Medication Aide but they have since lapsed. Most recently I cared for and lived in home with my 99-year-old great grandmother for 3 years until she passed. I have experience working with senior citizens who just need a little assistance as well as those needing skilled care & total care. I know how hard it can be for families to find trusted & reliable people to care for their loved ones. I prefer in home care as opposed to facility care because it is more personal & time with the person in need is not rushed. I am only available part time as I am trying to finish my college degree. Ideally I would do best with a family who needs care for their loved one a couple times a week, preferably during the day. I prefer not to work weekends but willing to do so if the need arises.
