About Jihane

I began watching over little cousins, children of my cousins, and the neighbor's kids since the age of 12. My family and neighbors trusted me to care for their small children; as young as 6 weeks old. Being around children makes me happy, and my patience is definitely infinite towards them. When I became 18 years old, I worked for a School for several months as a substitute aid, because at the time I just began college. I worked primarily with infants and older school age 5-6 years old, but substituted from time to time in other age groups of kids between the ages of 1-4. At that job I've learned the importance of unconditional love and positive reinforcement as well as structure and learn-by-example. We did not punish at this School, instead we used the cognitive ability of that particular child to compromise an understanding of their actions. I loved working there and only ceased working because of family issues. I would love to dive back into working with kids again for the sake of my future career as a pediatric nurse, which is what I am at school for.
