About Jillian

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, trustworthy, and bubbly. I like working with kids because they remind you to stop and smell the roses. They can be so funny and entertaining, and it's a nice change of pace from talking to adults all day. I love teaching kids new things and learning from them as well. I started babysitting when I was just 11 years old, regularly working with several families all through high school. I made it my own small business back then by bringing my "babysitter goody bag" full of toys, puzzles, and games that the kids always went crazy over (well at least back in the early 2000's!). I also regularly cared for a few military families' children during college when I lived in Savannah, GA. Then when I moved to New York City, I cared for a few families' children over the course of several years. In my spare time, I like to rock climb at my Hollywood bouldering gym, spend time outside hiking or at the beach, cooking, and meeting new people.
