About Jillian

I am the older sister to 5 younger siblings, so I have been helping care for children for as long as I can remember. Childcare has always been a big part of my life and I truly enjoy doing it. I love to do crafts and exercise outside as often as possible but I am never opposed to a relaxing movie and board game day. I love to bake and try new things. I enjoy thinking of new educational, creative, and fun activities to play with the children I work with. I am very adaptable and resourceful in any situation. I like to build a relationship not only with the child that I am working with but with the entire family. I nanny with an open communication style. Having free and open communication with the children creates a positive environment for them to learn and grow. I am a very punctual, loyal, and dedicated employee. My experience in child education gave me many skills that I use to help the children I nanny excel academically and emotionally.
