About Jillian

Hello everyone! I am a rising senior at the University of Pennsylvania majoring in Science, Technology and Society and minoring in Mathematics. I have been a Math, Science, and English tutor for 8 years now, and I believe that my ability to engage students and create a fun environment while also being extremely productive throughout every session is what sets me apart from other experienced tutors. In math, I have tutored middle school and high school students in Pre-algebra and Algebra I for 4 years and also tutored students in grades 1-5 for 2 years. Additionally, I have tutored students in grades K-5 for 1 year. I tutored AP Language and Composition and AP Literature for 2 years and have been helping students with college essays for 6 years. I also currently tutor elementary school, middle school, high school, undergraduate, and graduate students to strengthen writing composition skills, reading comprehension, and critical thinking skills.
