Hi there! My name is Joanna. My husband and I just got married and moved to Austin from Virginia. I have worked with kids in both a professional education environment as well as a in home environment. I have worked at daycares, I was a nanny to a family of 3 kids and dog for 2 years. I babysat for them frequently when they added a 4th. I also worked at an elementary school as a paraprofessional (working with kids who have special needs such as autism, adhd, and aggression). A little about me as a person is I am a Christian, I am patient and passionate about caring for kids because they are the next generation, I love animals(my husband and I just got a puppy), I love movies and tv, I did theatre in high school so I can have the kids put on cute shows! I also love to do arts and crafts. Because I have worked in a daycare and I have experience tutoring as well I can help students with learning and homework as well!
