Joanna took care of my kids for 2 months after school in the evening. She was reliable, but often got sick and had to go home. She has a hard time keeping kids on task and enforcing routines such as bed time. She forgot to take my daughter to her scheduled activities a couple of times and left my minor daughter waiting for 20 minutes after an activity because she said she forgot what time the activity ended. She quit on me with no notice. She was supposed to care for the kids for me 9 am to 5 pm this summer and watch my kids while I went away for a business trip in July. She left me in a bad position as I am now scrambling to find child care as I work full time.
