About Joann

I have 4 years working as a CNA and in home caregiver earlier in life. Later I worked in the capacity of social services in long term care facilities for 3 year. Most of this with the elderly, including LTC, memory care and care coordination as a social worker. More recently I worked as a Program Coordinator for in home support of persons with disabilities for the past 25 years. I am familiar with healthcare in general and various types of resources and supports available with the case management role I held. I can help with transportation and home care including housekeeping, ADL's, meals and respite type of care. I have helped care for aging family members including hospice care for my father. I am responsible and can be flexible. I believe strongly in treating all persons with respect and dignity. I want to help others get the quality of life care they need all aspects of their well-being. I have particular interests in gardening and reading and love all animals!
