I'm an honest hard working man, I have vast experience in different set up of care, I have worked with sick aged . and I worked with people with developmental disabilities for a period of one year six, months, I worked for Acres LLC and Community Integrated Services. I worked for the two companies simultaneously and my work was a challenge every day to myself as I implemented the care plan provided by the company, and even thinking of acceptable ways our tasks could be done easier and in a way that promoted hope for a more fulfilling life. I was proud of the change I brought in people's lives, and I was equally appalled by the intelligence of the same people referred to as developmentally disabled.
