Johnny is a great caregiver and learned quickly to our care plan provided by his doctors. Unfortunately one thing to note is Johnny is very sensitive to feedback and sometimes to heart the feedback. Also one recommendation is after several weeks of training, in his haste to complete tasks, to ensure patient is cared for. For example, post shower, making sure a nonverbal Downs young man is covered and kept warm which can trigger seizures. He can learn to take feedback and not see it as a reason to take personally and quit abandoning his shift. We wish him well in his endeavors. He's got a great disposition and wonderful ethics.
