About Jolene

I attended a Montessori school from grades 1 through 4. It taught me how to focus, how to learn, and how to be independent. I appreciate the things I've learned from that experience. Although as I transitioned to public schools, I began to struggle keeping up with the pace of learning. Not because I could not learn the material, but I noticed I needed more time to learn in addition to the class time. I had readings tutors throughout middle school to help me catch up and math tutors throughout middle school and high school. The tutors helped me improve. I appreciated their efforts so much that I began to tutor from high school throughout college and in my spare time as a young professional. I am an aerospace test engineer at a Fortune 500 company. In my free time, I want to help students improve as tutors in the past have helped me. I have tutored multiple math subjects helping students from grades 2 up to college differential equations.
