I have been doing a private care giving since 2002. I do take care patients with different health/medical problems. I have several experiences taking care of patients with COPD, dementia, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, failure to thrive, cancer and other ailments. I assist in feeding and meal preparation, bathing, personal hygiene, and activity in daily living. I also assist the patients in doing their therapeutic exercises a d activities as ordered by their physician. Also, I perform light housekeeping and dispensing medicines. In 2013, I had a chance to take care of an elderly that suffered from last stage MS until she died, then took care of her husband with dementia until he died last 2015. I enjoy and love working with elderly population. I love taking care of elderly people and enjoy being with them just like when I was with my parents when they were still alive.
